EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

If you wish, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.

ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You can exchange a size, model, or color for each order, completely free of charge. To do so, follow these instructions:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@bojwoman.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. We'll stop by your shipping address to bring your new order and the one you're returning to us.
  3. That's it. No commissions, totally free.

Exchanges for custom-made garments or alterations are not permitted. Boj Woman reserves the right to refuse free exchanges for more than one item per order.

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

To return your order, follow these instructions:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@bojwoman.com indicating that you want to return your order.
  2. Prepare your order with the items you wish to return in the packaging you received your order in.
  3. We'll email you the shipping label, so you can go to your nearest post office and drop off your package, digitally showing the label you received.

COSTS
Boj Woman is not responsible for return shipping costs (except in the case of an error on our part or defects), but we will assist with processing them at any time. Shipping costs for returning an order will be €4.95 per order returned. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obligated to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labeling intact, and properly packaged and protected. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer. The Customer must return any other product associated with their order that was delivered to them as part of a promotion.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
Boj Woman will refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and verified its condition. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the customer's receipt of the withdrawal notice. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

INTERNATIONAL (Includes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

If you wish, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To exchange a size, model, or color, you must return the order/item you wish to exchange and then make a new purchase of the product you wish to receive. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@bojwoman.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. We'll send you a label that you'll need to print and stick on the packaging box in which you received your order.
  3. Purchase the product you wish to exchange your order for through our website or at one of our physical stores.

Exchanges and returns of custom-made or altered garments are not accepted.
Please remember to write Attn: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a speedy route through any customs office you may pass through. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in your return—and in the worst case, the customs office will send the package back to your address.

COSTS

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN PHYSICAL STORES

You can exchange and/or return your item free of charge at one of our physical stores in Spain within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving your order. You must physically bring the item you are returning.

Please provide our store associates with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will refund the amount of the item you exchanged or returned, and you can repurchase the item you want.

The Customer is obligated to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labeling intact, properly packaged, and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received by the Customer.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
Boj Woman will refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and verified its condition. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the order is received at our warehouse. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL STORES

You can exchange products purchased in our physical stores at any of our physical stores completely free of charge within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
Purchases made in-store are eligible for refunds or exchanges for another item or a voucher that never expires. Customers have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make such an exchange.

ARCHIVE SALES

Orders for products on stock clearance sale, reported as "archive or outlet sales", cannot be exchanged or returned.
