EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
If you wish, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of your order.
ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
You can exchange a size, model, or color for each order placed, completely free of charge. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Send an email with your order number to hello@bojwoman.com indicating that you wish to exchange your order.
2. We will pick up your shipping address to take your new order and return the returned item.
3. That's it. No commissions, completely free.
Exchanges are not accepted for custom-made garments or garments with alterations. Boj Woman reserves the right to refuse to accept more than one free exchange per order placed by the customer.
ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
To return your order, please follow these instructions:
1. Send an email with your order number to hello@bojwoman.com indicating that you wish to return your order.
2. Prepare your order with the items you wish to return in the packaging you received it in.
3. We will send you the shipping label by email, so you can go to your nearest post office and deliver your package, digitally showing the label you received.
COSTS
Boj Woman is not responsible for return costs (except in the case of an error on our part or defects), but we will assist with processing them at any time. The shipping costs borne by the customer for the return of an order will be €4.95 for each returned order. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obligated to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labeling intact, properly packaged and protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was received by the Customer. The Customer must return any other product associated with their order that was delivered as part of a promotion.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
Boj Woman will refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and verified its good condition. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the customer's withdrawal notification. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL (Including the Canary Islands)
If you wish, you can exchange and/or return your order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of your order.

Please remember to write Attn: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a quick route through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in the return - and in the worst case, the customs office will return the package to your address.
