EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why exchanges and returns are free for 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

ONLINE EXCHANGES (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands)

You can exchange the size, colour or style completely free of charge, as many times as you need, within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Email us at hello@bojwoman.com with your order number, telling us which item you would like to exchange and what for.
  2. We will send you a free shipping label with instructions so you can drop off the packaged item at your nearest Correos post office.
  3. As soon as we receive it, we will send you the new item at no extra cost. If the new item has a different price, we will refund or request the difference.

ONLINE RETURNS (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands)

You can return your order completely free of charge within 30 days of receiving it.

  1. Email us at hello@bojwoman.com with your order number, telling us which items you would like to return.
  2. Pack the items in the packaging your order arrived in.
  3. We will email you a free shipping label. Drop off the parcel at your nearest Correos post office, showing the label on your phone.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA AND INTERNATIONAL

You can exchange or return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it. To exchange an item, return it and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

  1. Email us at hello@bojwoman.com with your order number.
  2. We will send you a label to print and stick on the box your order arrived in. Write “Att: RETORNO Y REPARACIÓN” (Return and Repair) on the outside of the parcel to help it clear customs quickly.

For these destinations, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the error is ours or the item is faulty). We will tell you the amount when you request the return, and it will be deducted from your refund.

IN OUR SHOPS

You can exchange or return your online order, or purchases made in store, free of charge in our shops within 30 calendar days. Bring the item with you along with your order number or receipt.

For in-store purchases, you can choose a refund, an exchange for another item or a credit note with no expiry date.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with their original packaging and labels, and well packed and protected. If your order included a free gift as part of a promotion, it must also be returned.

REFUNDS

We will issue your refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days of receiving and checking the item, always to the same payment method used for the purchase.

MADE-TO-ORDER OR ALTERED ITEMS

Items marked as “made to order in our atelier”, made exclusively for the customer, and altered items cannot be exchanged or returned.
